How does NewFaceID work?
NewFaceID uses advanced AI technology to analyze your input photos and generate professional portraits in various styles and settings. The process takes about 90 minutes and provides you with 60-300+ portraits depending on your plan.
What kind of photos should I upload?
For best results, upload 5-15 photos with different angles and expressions. Use natural lighting and minimal makeup. Photos should clearly show your face without heavy filters or editing.
How long does the process take?
Most portraits are delivered within 90 minutes of uploading your photos. For larger orders or during peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you won't be charged again.

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for all our plans. You can transform up to 10 images during your trial period to experience the power of NewFaceID before committing to a subscription.

What resolution are the output images?
Our Professional plan offers 4K resolution, while the Enterprise plan provides 8K ultra-high resolution for maximum quality and detail. The Starter plan provides standard high-resolution images.
Do you offer an API for integration?
Yes, our Enterprise plan includes API access for seamless integration with your existing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management platforms.

How does NewFaceID handle my data and privacy?
Your privacy is our top priority. All images are processed securely using enterprise-grade encryption. We do not share, sell, or use your images for training our models without explicit consent.
Do I retain ownership of my transformed images?
Yes, you retain full ownership and copyright of both your original and transformed images. NewFaceID does not claim any rights to your content.
How long do you keep my photos?
We store your original photos and generated portraits for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings.
